Customers and businesses
Request transport, coordinate requirements across sites and keep relevant delivery and financial records together.
Your existing business data is the starting point for the K-LYNK ecosystem. We work with you to integrate your current database or agreed data exports into your company’s K-LYNK environment, then build the workflows, reporting and operational support around that foundation. As your team uses the ecosystem, new activity builds on the records and business history you already have.
Platform status: The integrated platform is in pre-launch testing. Demonstrations are illustrative. Access, features and activation depend on completed testing, onboarding and your agreed service scope. Your business retains control of its operations and commercial decisions.
Tell us how your business operates, including employee numbers, branches or sites, transport requirements and operational complexity. We discuss your challenges and identify which ecosystem services and level of support fit your operation. Fleet size may inform the assessment, but does not determine the subscription on its own.
K-LYNK prepares a tailored proposal covering responsibilities, service scope, pricing and the implementation plan. Once agreed, onboarding establishes company details, authorised users, relevant branches and required documentation. Team access follows assigned roles and the company or branch responsibilities each person needs.
We review your current database, systems and available exports with you, then agree which records to bring into your company’s K-LYNK environment. These may include customers, employees, branches, vehicles, suppliers, maintenance history and operational records, depending on your requirements. We map the relevant fields, resolve agreed data-quality issues and validate a trial import with your team before proceeding with the agreed migration or connection. The integration method, supported records and any ongoing synchronisation depend on compatibility, authorised access and the implementation scope.
Your approved data becomes the foundation for configuring your company structure, user roles, dashboards and operational workflows. New jobs, maintenance activity, delivery documents and financial follow-up then build on those existing records. Integration brings your information into your own company environment; it does not combine your private records with other clients’ databases. We agree access permissions, the rollout sequence and how your team will check that the information is complete and usable.
Every ecosystem subscription includes an assigned K-LYNK Contract & Operations Manager or Officer as part of the service. This person provides a point of contact for implementation, operational coordination, follow-up and service reviews, supported by the central K-LYNK office. Dedicated technicians assist with system support and on-site training tailored to your team. Your proposal confirms manager and technician coverage, on-site hours, training sessions, remote support, response arrangements and any travel or call-out charges.
Your authorised team records load requirements such as collection and delivery points, dates, cargo and vehicle type. Carrier capacity and compliance information support comparisons in the configured software. Your business reviews suitable options, agrees commercial terms and authorises allocation before a movement proceeds. The software supports your decisions; capacity remains subject to availability and approval.
The intended workflow links an approved allocation with dispatch details, driver communication, progress updates and exceptions that need attention. Proof of delivery and supporting documents then connect the completed movement with invoicing and payment reconciliation, according to the agreed process and responsibilities.
Where included in your scope, maintenance schedules, inspection and repair records, quotation comparisons and operating-cost reviews help identify recurring issues and avoidable expenditure. Fleet owners can also enquire about the 30-Day One-Truck Pilot to assess a focused improvement opportunity. Savings depend on the starting position and the changes implemented.
Role-based dashboards are designed to give customers, carriers and authorised management a view of relevant jobs, documents and outstanding actions. Your assigned manager reviews the agreed operational information with you, follows up on exceptions and helps prioritise improvements as your business changes.
Request transport, coordinate requirements across sites and keep relevant delivery and financial records together.
Introduce available vehicles, maintain onboarding documentation and participate in suitable transport opportunities.
Receive relevant job information, communicate progress and contribute delivery evidence within their authorised roles.
Oversee agreed workflows, follow up on maintenance or service issues and review operational performance. Workforce Connect is an additional planned pathway for staffing requirements, subject to readiness and agreed terms.
Implementation starts with the information and processes your business already uses. Together, we agree the integration requirements and build the ecosystem around that foundation, adding capabilities as your operation develops. Data preparation, integration work and ongoing synchronisation requirements are assessed and included in the formal proposal.
The proposal considers overall business size and complexity, including employees, branches or sites and operational activity. Every ecosystem client receives an assigned manager, with the level of coverage matched to the agreed tier. Final pricing, service availability and responsibilities are confirmed in a formal proposal.
You can discuss an ecosystem subscription or enquire about an individual service such as maintenance schedules, cost-saving solutions or fleet operations support.
