K-LYNK TRADING SOLUTIONS
Terms of Use & IP Protection
Website information, estimates and enquiries · Last updated 29 October 2026
In brief: Our website helps you explore K-LYNK software and contact our team. Calculator results are illustrative. Paid services, technician coverage and training require an agreed scope. Your mandatory legal rights remain protected.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Business correspondence and service address: Plot 74, Cnr Springs Rd, Petit, Benoni, 1001.
This website is operated by K-LYNK Trading Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a South African registered company, registration number 2026/815542/07. K-LYNK develops and provides software for transport operations, fleet maintenance, workforce coordination and financial visibility, together with agreed setup, training and support services.
These terms explain permitted use of our public website, calculators, demonstrations and enquiry forms. They do not by themselves create a software subscription, transport arrangement, employment relationship or paid support agreement.
2. Savings estimates and demonstrations
Our calculators provide illustrative scenarios, not guaranteed results. Pre-filled costs are examples. Savings percentages are assumptions rather than verified customer results. Replace example inputs with your own figures and check their accuracy.
“Potential annual benefit after subscription” is calculated as assumed monthly gross savings minus the indicative monthly software subscription, multiplied by 12. A negative result means that the assumed savings do not cover that subscription. Unless expressly stated, calculations exclude VAT, installation, implementation, finance costs and other expenses. They do not account for every operating cost or represent an audited forecast.
Actual savings and time improvements depend on your starting costs, data quality, business processes, adoption, implementation and operating conditions. Demonstrations may use sample information or show planned capabilities. A proposal must confirm which features and integrations are available for your installation.
3. Enquiries, quotations and service agreements
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a savings review asks K-LYNK to contact you. It does not create a confirmed appointment, purchase, subscription, payment obligation or service commitment. An automated receipt or enquiry reference acknowledges receipt only.
Website prices are indicative unless expressly described as a binding offer. A written quotation and the agreed service contract must confirm scope, applicable taxes, installation fees, subscription charges, payment terms, duration, renewal, cancellation, any refund arrangements and commencement dates. Do not assume that an amount marked “excluding VAT” is the final payable total.
Paid services require agreement by authorised representatives. Applicable mandatory law takes priority. A specifically agreed service contract governs the paid service where it differs from these general website terms, subject to that law.
4. Dedicated technicians, training and support
K-LYNK offers dedicated technician support and on-site training tailored to the client’s operational needs. The proposal and service agreement must specify the assigned resources, on-site attendance, training scope, support hours, response arrangements, travel, call-outs and any additional charges.
A website description does not establish unlimited attendance, continuous on-site staffing or a guaranteed response time. Your team remains responsible for its operational decisions and for using the system appropriately. Any additional operational responsibilities undertaken by K-LYNK must be expressly agreed.
5. Responsible website use
Provide accurate information that you are authorised to share. Use the website and forms for legitimate business enquiries. Do not submit spam, unlawful content, malicious files or another person’s information without a lawful basis.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, evade access restrictions or test the website’s security without written authorisation. Do not use the site to infringe another person’s rights. Report a suspected fault or security issue to info@k-lynk.co.za without including passwords or other secrets.
6. Intellectual property and your information
K-LYNK’s original website content, branding, graphics, software and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.
You may browse the website, use its public calculators and retain a copy of these terms and your own estimates for lawful personal or internal business use. Do not misrepresent ownership, remove ownership notices, reproduce protected material commercially or distribute K-LYNK software without permission, except where the law or an applicable licence allows it.
An enquiry does not transfer ownership of your business information to K-LYNK or grant you a software licence. Licence rights, customer data handling and deliverable ownership for a paid service must be addressed in the service agreement.
7. Enquiry information and privacy
The enquiry form requests contact details and operational requirements so K-LYNK can respond. Calculator figures are carried into a savings-review form for you to inspect and edit before submission. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Do not include identity documents, banking credentials, passwords, worker records or other sensitive information in public enquiry forms. Contact us to discuss an appropriate method if documents are needed.
Read our Privacy Notice for public-website information handling. These terms do not replace a data-processing agreement. For questions about personal information, correction or deletion requests, or a copy of the applicable privacy information, contact info@k-lynk.co.za. Applicable legal rights remain available.
8. External services and links
Links to services such as WhatsApp or external resources take you to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. An external link does not by itself mean K-LYNK endorses every statement or service on that destination.
Unless agreed in writing, a proposal does not include third-party subscriptions, devices, data connectivity, integrations or licences. Their availability and charges must be confirmed before purchase.
9. Accuracy, availability and corrections
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but pages, calculators and links may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Please report an error so we can investigate. We may update, maintain or correct the public website.
A public website change does not by itself vary an existing service contract or remove an accrued right. Confirm material commercial information with K-LYNK before relying on it for a purchase or operational commitment.
10. Your rights and responsibility for loss
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights under South African consumer and electronic transactions legislation.
These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude. Any allocation or limitation of liability for a paid service must be addressed fairly and lawfully in the relevant service agreement. We do not require you to waive statutory cancellation, refund or complaint rights by using this website.
11. Questions and complaints
Email info@k-lynk.co.za or call 071 455 1876. Include the relevant page, enquiry reference if available, a description of the issue and your requested resolution. Avoid sending sensitive documents unless a suitable channel has been agreed.
Contacting us does not prevent you from using a competent regulator, ombud, court or other remedy available under applicable law. These website terms do not impose compulsory private arbitration or restrict statutory complaint channels.
12. Changes and applicable law
These terms were last updated on 29 October 2026. Future revisions will show an updated date. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend a previously agreed paid service contract or operate retrospectively to remove existing rights.
South African law applies, subject to any mandatory law that applies to the particular user or transaction. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it applies only to the extent lawful, without removing other valid provisions or any mandatory rights.
