Your enquiry stays in your control. Review your details before sending them. This notice explains the information collected, its purpose, storage and your privacy choices.
1. Who is responsible for your information
K-LYNK Trading Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/815542/07, is responsible for information collected through this public website and its enquiry process.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, email info@k-lynk.co.za with the subject “Privacy request”, or call 071 455 1876. Your request will be directed to the person handling information-protection matters. Business correspondence and service address: Plot 74, Cnr Springs Rd, Petit, Benoni, 1001.
2. Information collected and its source
You supply information directly when completing an enquiry, emailing us or contacting us by phone or WhatsApp. The website form requests your company name, contact name, business email, phone number, service category and operational requirements. Employee and branch counts are optional.
If you use the savings-review flow, your chosen business-size ranges, complexity, operating costs, scenario percentage and calculated estimate are added to the enquiry for you to inspect and edit before submission. Avoid including other people’s details unless you have authority and a lawful basis to provide them.
The hosting infrastructure also receives technical information such as IP address, requested page, time of request and browser information. The enquiry endpoint uses connection information for spam prevention and rate limiting.
3. Why information is used
We use enquiry details to answer your request, assess your requirements, prepare and discuss a proposal, arrange a requested review, and keep the related correspondence. Technical information supports website operation, fault investigation and abuse prevention. Information may also be needed to meet legal duties or handle a dispute.
The form asks for your consent to use the submitted details to respond. Depending on the activity, processing may also be justified by steps you request before a contract, contractual obligations, legal obligations or a legitimate interest such as securing the website, subject to applicable law.
4. Your choices and required fields
You can browse and use the calculator without submitting an enquiry. The website form requires the fields marked as required and the enquiry-consent checkbox. Without those details, it cannot accept the enquiry or provide a tailored response. You can instead contact us by phone or email to discuss what information is necessary.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Requests for promotional communication must be handled separately and in accordance with applicable direct-marketing requirements. You may withdraw consent or object to applicable processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing or require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.
5. Calculator inputs and review links
The savings calculation runs in your browser. Inputs are not submitted to the enquiry database merely because you change a calculator field. The review button carries your figures in the fragment of the review-page address, where they populate the form. The form sends those figures to K-LYNK when you submit it.
Because a review link contains your figures, anyone you share that full link with may be able to read them. Your browser history, browser extensions or a shared device may also retain or access the link. Do not enter confidential employee, customer or worker records into the calculator.
The estimator presents hypothetical scenarios. It does not make automated decisions about employment, credit or eligibility for services.
6. Storage and recipients
Submitted enquiries are saved in K-LYNK’s website database and sent to info@k-lynk.co.za as an email notification. Copies can therefore exist in the database, company email and associated service backups. The website is hosted through Domains.co.za.
Authorised K-LYNK personnel handling your request, and hosting, database, email or technical-support providers performing the relevant services, may process the information for those purposes. A disclosure may also be necessary to comply with law or protect a lawful right. This enquiry flow does not publish your contact details to other visitors.
Information entered into a separately contracted client ecosystem, including worker or driver information, needs its own agreed access, processing and retention arrangements. This public-website notice does not replace those arrangements.
7. External services and international processing
Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts, which creates a connection from your browser to Google. If you choose a WhatsApp link, you interact with WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices. Information processed by external services may be handled outside South Africa.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy for their processing. Contact K-LYNK if you need information about the providers and processing locations relevant to a proposed installation.
Any cross-border transfer made by K-LYNK must have a lawful basis and the safeguards required by applicable law. A link to an external service does not mean that all of its processing takes place in South Africa.
9. How long records are kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, whether it leads to a contract, relevant legal requirements and any reasonably necessary dispute or recordkeeping needs. Records must not be kept indefinitely merely because they were submitted. When a lawful retention purpose ends, the information must be deleted, destroyed or de-identified as appropriate.
Closing your browser does not delete a submitted enquiry from the database or mailbox. The website does not currently promise an automatic deletion date for enquiry records. Contact us for the retention position applicable to your enquiry, or to request deletion where the legal conditions are met. Technical logs and service backups follow their relevant operational retention arrangements.
10. Security and sensitive information
The website uses HTTPS and the enquiry endpoint applies input checks, request-size limits and abuse controls. These measures do not make any internet service risk-free. Do not submit passwords, bank credentials, identity documents, medical information, children’s information or worker records through the public enquiry form.
Contact us to discuss an appropriate channel where sensitive documents are genuinely needed. Suspected misuse or a security concern can be reported to info@k-lynk.co.za without including secrets or sensitive attachments. Security incidents must be assessed and notified where applicable law requires it.
11. Access, correction, deletion and complaints
Subject to the relevant legal requirements, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access, ask for inaccurate or unlawfully retained information to be corrected or deleted, object to applicable processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can ask why a request cannot be granted in full.
Email info@k-lynk.co.za with enough detail to identify the enquiry and the action you want. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. Do not send an identity document unsolicited; ask us about a suitable verification method first.
You may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa). Visit its official complaints page for the current eServices procedure, or contact POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za for complaint assistance. You do not waive that right by contacting K-LYNK.
12. Scope and updates
This notice covers the public k-lynk.co.za website and its enquiry and savings-review forms. Last updated 29 October 2026. It should be reviewed when the site’s collection methods, providers or purposes materially change.
